YOUTH UNITED MEMBERS ORGANIZE FREE-WILL COMMUNITY DINNER

HAGERSTOWN, MD (January 6, 2020) — United Way of Washington County's Youth United club from North Hagerstown High School honors the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., by organizing, for the second year, a free community dinner for residents of Washington County, Md. This community dinner delivers not only a free meal to those in need but also allows sponsors, volunteers and attendees to kick off the New Year reflecting on the meaning of Dr. King’s life of service. This community service project honors the memory of Dr. King by recognizing his belief that “everybody can be great because everybody can serve.”
A spaghetti dinner will be provided to the first 200 people from 2pm-4pm. All are welcome.

When: Saturday January 18, 2020, 2pm-4pm (the first 200 will be served).
Where: Otterbein United Methodist Church: 108 East Franklin Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
