When you complete this form it will automatically go into a main spreadsheet for Kathy Saxman to track a compilation of all reviewers' resports. You can submit as many reports to create a new rank for each grant as long as it is within the review timeline the committee has set.
Note: The form is dated, which will allow Kathy to discard older results and only have your current results for the discussions.
