The 23rd annual Day of Caring is scheduled for October 9, 2014. 
Nonprofit agencies and homeowners who are elderly and/or disabled are encouraged to submit projects that can be completed in a 7-8 hour period. Projects will focus on improving safety in the homes to decrease the chance for injury and increase accessibility.
