BB&T has teamed up with United Way of Washington County for the 2nd year in a row, to present the community with another chance to win $1 Million Dollars! In this Million Dollar Golf Shot, you have a chance at WINNING $1 Million Dollars and enjoying competitive fun with friends in our community. To top it off, 100% of proceeds will support United Way of Washington County to benefit the various organizations and charities within our community! Come out, take a swing or compete in the putting contest. Food, Drinks, a DJ, Putting Contest & Prizes are just some of what's going on at the 2nd Annual Million Dollar Golf Shot. Date: June 6, 2019
Location: Fountain Head Country Club
Time: 4pm - 7pm

DETAILS: 

  • Qualifying runs from 4pm until 6:30pm.

  • Golf hole to be set up on Fountain Head's First Hole. Approximate distance to the hole is 100 yards. Any contestant that lands within the 20' circle around the hole will receive a box of ProV1 golf balls

  • The top or closest 16 qualifiers (those who are closest to the pin) will compete in the final "Million Dollar Shot Round" beginning promptly at 6:30pm for the $1Million Dollar Shot. The distance on this round is 165 yards to the hole. 

  • Witnesses, Club Pro and Video recording for all qualifier's shots. 

  • Food & Beverage will be served at 5pm.  A barbeque style dinner will be available as well as beer and wine.

$25 per swing or $100 for 5 swings

Putting Contest: $5 per put
