We'd like to expess our sincere appreciation to PNC for its continued partnership to our school readiness efforts. Their support has made the installation of 3 Born Learning Trails possible in Hagerstown. They are located at Wheaton Park, Staley Park and Pangborn Park. What are Born Learning Trails? They are a series of fun outdoor activities that parents, grandparents and caregivers can do with their child to boost literacy skills and get them moving.
