FY19 Community Impact Grants


United Way of Washington County is accepting grant applications from agencies who were approved after submitting a Letter of Intent. FY19 Community Impact funding is focused strictly on Education and Basic Needs. Grants have transitioned to multi years with the exception of Basic Needs, which remains at one year.
Local health and human service agencies are encouraged to submit applications which feature programs developed in partnership with other organizations. A lead agency must be identified that would be responsible for submitting collaborative financial and program reports and be financially responsible for the program.

FY19 Community Impact Grant - Calendar of Events

October 24, 2017 - Letter of Intent Released
November 14, 2017 - Letter of Intent Due by 10:00 a.m.
December 1, 2017 - Request for Proposal (RFP) Released
December 5, 2017 - Mandatory Pre-proposal Training at 8:30 a.m.**
December 7, 2017 - Mandatory Pre-proposal Training at 2:30 p.m.**
January 12, 2018 - Grant Applications Due by 10:00 a.m.*
January - June 2018 - Community Impact Grant Review Process
March 14-15, 2018 - Applicant Presentation (Times to be determined at a later date)
June 2018 - Grant Awards Announced

*NOTE: No exceptions will be made. Any application received after 10:00 a.m. on January 12, 2018 will not be considered in this funding cycle.

**NOTE: A representative from your organization MUST attend one of these two sessions to be eligible to apply.
