On January 9, 2017 United Ways in Maryland released the groundbreaking ALICE® Report on economic challenges in our state.
Who is ALICE? They are Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed families and individuals who work and pay taxes, but aren’t sure if they’ll be able to put dinner on the table.
