Community Impact Grant Cycle Now Open for FY18

Community Impact Grant Cycle for FY18

United Way of Washington County is accepting grant applications from agencies who were approved after submitting a Letter of Intent. FY18 Community Impact funding is focused strictly on Financial Stability and Basic Needs. Grants have transitioned to multi years with the exception of Basic Needs, which remains at one year.

Local health and human service agencies are encouraged to submit applications which feature programs developed in partnership with other organizations.  A lead agency must be identified that would be responsible for submitting collaborative financial and program reports and be financially responsible for the program.

Online Application

  • Only online applications will be accepted and they must be received no later than 10 AM on Wednesday January 11, 2017. There will be no exceptions to this due date or submitting an online application.
  • Guide to completing the FY18 online application.
  • Budget form to be included with application.
  • All applicants must complete and include these two forms with their application: anti-terrorism and certification.

Questions regarding this year’s application process can be directed by email to Kathy Saxman, Director of Community Impact & Investments or call 301-739-8200 x 15
