Rally in the Square
United Way of Washington County is hosting the annual campaign Rally in the Square of downtown Hagerstown on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 from 4:30 – 5:00 PM. This rally, highlighting the annual giving campaign, is to remind everyone that United Way’s campaign is underway and the time is now to make their end of year gift.
